148.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Swimming Pool Board shall act in an advisory capacity and make recommendations and reports to Council regarding the items set forth in Section 148.03 herein concerning the Germantown Swimming Pool. (Ord. 99-34. Passed 6-7-99.)
