A. No sign attached, detached, or portable shall be permitted in the right-of-way of any street or alley, except attached signs which may extend 4 feet from the face of the building.
B. Total area of all attached signs shall not exceed 1 times the linear foot of the lot frontage.

A. Signs shall not be located on or project over any right-of-way except in a C-1 District in which it may extend 4 feet from the face of the building or 3 feet off of the back of the curb.
B. Signs shall not be permitted to obstruct or adversely affect traffic visibility.
C. Signs shall not be closer than 25 feet to the adjacent lot.

A. Advertising signs will be set back from all right-of-way at least as far as required front yard depth for principal buildings in the district where located.
B. No advertising sign will exceed the height of the roof line of the building.
C. No more than two advertising signs shall be attached together.
D. There shall be a 400 square foot maximum area per side of the advertising sign.
