Council, upon the recommendation of the Manager, shall determine the size of any sewer extension and shall specify its location. Due consideration shall be given to the requirements of the applicant, the effect on adjacent properties and future development in the area. Council shall also decide and be the sole judge of the location of the sewer system where sufficient capacity exists for any extension. That location shall then become the beginning point for the extension which was applied for. (Ord. 91-72. Passed 11-18-91.)
