921.08 REMOVAL OF DEBRIS REQUIRED.

Mud, rock, sand, boards, paper or debris of any description that enters any manholes, sewers, laterals or house lines shall be removed by the contractor or developer before sewers can be accepted or used. (Ord. 982. Passed 6-17-68; Ord 91-10. Passed 4-15-91.)
