§ 131.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Anyone found to be in violation of § 131.01 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each violation.
   (C)   Any person who violates §§ 131.15 through 131.18 shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
