§ 112.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who operates amusement machines, pinball machines, pool tables, and jukeboxes, without first obtaining a license, shall be deemed in violation of §§ 112.01 and 112.02 and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $200 and not more than $500.
