§ 112.02  LICENSE FEE; DISCLOSURE.
   (A)   All operators shall obtain a license from the Town Council before installing the amusement machines, pinball machines, pool tables, and jukeboxes.
   (B)   The licenses shall be granted by the Town Council on application and the payment of an annual fee of $25 per proposed establishment.
   (C)   The fee shall be due annually by January 15 for the calendar year.
