It shall also be unlawful to keep any pool hall, skating rink, or pawn shop open for business within the town limits on any Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Fourth of July, Christmas, or New Year’s Day except during those hours stated in § 112.15. Each holiday shall be treated as a Sunday for hours of operation purposes.
