§ 71.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 71.02 through 71.05 shall be fined a sum not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.

   (C)   In the event of an emergency, as determined by the Town Marshal or his or her duly appointed representative, a vehicle parked in a “No Parking” area may be towed, at the owner’s expense.
