(A) Any person having business with the town is permitted to park his or her motor vehicle in the town’s parking lot which is located next to the Town Hall.
(B) Any person who does not have business with the town is not permitted to park his or her motor vehicle in the town’s parking lot.
(C) Any motor vehicle which is parked in the town’s parking lot in violation of this section shall be towed at the expense of the owner of the motor vehicle.
