No parking on any street, access road, path, or public parking lot shall be permitted within 20 feet of any public utility facility, to include, but not be limited to, a fire hydrant, fire station, lift station, booster station, pressure relief valve, water main valve, water meter pit, drainage catch basin, and the like.
