No person(s) shall intentionally, maliciously, willfully, or recklessly break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the wastewater facilities. Any person(s) violating this provision or any criminal statute of the state with respect to the wastewater facilities may be subject to criminal charge and arrest under the criminal statutes of this state within the discretion of the Prosecutor’s Office of the county.
