No unauthorized person(s) shall uncover, make any connections, or disturb any public sewer or appurtenances thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the Superintendent. This permission shall be subject to the existence of sufficient hydraulic and/or treatment capacities of the sewerage and/or wastewater treatment facilities as determined by the town.
