§ 53.002  DISCHARGE TO NATURAL OUTLETS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any house, building, or property used for human occupancy, employment, recreation, or other purposes situated within the town to discharge to any natural outlet within the town, or to discharge in any area under the jurisdiction of the town, any sewage, industrial waste, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided and approved by the County Health Department or the State Board of Health.
   (B)   Any owner or occupant found to be violating this section may be served by the President of the Town Council or his or her agent, or by the Health Officer for the county or the state, with a written order stating the nature of the violation and providing a time limit set for the satisfactory correction thereof.
