§ 51.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Violations of §§ 51.01 through 51.07, 51.20, and 51.21 shall be punishable by a fine of up to $100 for each violation. Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

      (2)   Fines are payable to the Clerk-Treasurer and may be billed on the customer’s utility bills, with normal monthly fees for utility usage.

   (C)   A violation of § 51.35 shall carry a penalty of a $100 fine for each violation.
