§ 51.36 USE OF TOWN DUMP.

From and after this date, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to dump refuse, garbage, or any material, waste, or otherwise, in or about the Town Dump of the town without first having secured permission from the Town Council or the duly appointed agent of the Council in charge of the Town Dump.
