(a) Council does hereby establish a tap in fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per/lot at the request of and payment of, electrical tap in fee, in advance to the Utility Billing Department located at 102 E. Sixth Street.
(b) Council authorizes the Village Administrator to create and issue a permit for customers requesting underground electrical power and to collect such tap in fees for underground electrical power, as set forth in subsection (a) hereof.
