220.04 LEASE OF CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY.

(a) The City Manager shall have the authority to negotiate and enter into lease agreements for real property or portions of real property belonging to the City of Geneva for a period of up to five years.

(b) Any agreement for the lease of real property or portions of real property belonging to the City of Geneva for a period of greater than five years shall be authorized by ordinance or resolution by a majority of Council.
