1043.121 WASTES SUBJECT TO SURCHARGE.

Any user whose premises are served by a sanitary sewer connection and discharges to the POTW wastes other than "domestic sewage", but which are acceptable by the City for treatment, shall be subject to an additional surcharge which shall be over and above the operating and maintenance charge defined in Section 1042.325.
