886.01 AUTHORIZATION FOR PROGRAM.

To create and preserve jobs and employment opportunities within the City, Council hereby authorizes the Jobs Creation Tax Credit Program pursuant to the terms and conditions in Section 886.02. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the guidelines in substantially the form included in Section 886.02.
