(a) Fines paid in prohibited drug related offense diversion programs shall be deposited into the City’s Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
(b) Fines paid in alcohol related offense diversion programs shall be deposited into the City’s Law Enforcement Education Fund.
(c) Fines paid in diversion programs in which the offense is neither prohibited drug related or prohibited alcohol related shall be deposited into the City’s General Fund.
(d) Reimbursements for the estimated cost of police hours dedicated to investigating the crime, regardless of the type of offense, shall be deposited into the City’s General Fund.
