250.25 CELL PHONE ALLOWANCE.

City employees that are requested to carry a cell phone will either be given a City owned cell phone or a cell phone allowance with approval of the department head and City Manager. The cell phone allowance shall be based upon a three-tier cell phone allowance program detailed in the City’s cell phone policy.
