(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or fails to comply therewith, including conditions established pursuant to various sections herein, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the fines listed below or sixty days imprisonment, or both, for each offense:
(1) For a first offense $ 50.00
(2) For a second offense 100.00
(3) For a third offense and for each subsequent offense 150.00
(b) Each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
