Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense, and shall be subject to a restitution order for any amounts paid by the City to correct, remove or abate the violation pursuant to Section 1460.11 of this chapter.
