1458.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

The owner, or the agent of the owner, of a permanent swimming pool is hereby required to obtain a permit for the erection of a fence required by Section 1458.01. The permit shall be obtained from the Zoning Commissioner. The fee for such permit shall be five dollars ($5.00).
