The fire limits of the City are hereby established as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Forest Street and Woodlawn Avenue; thence southerly along the center of Forest Street to the intersection with Eastwood Street; thence westerly along the center of Eastwood Street to the intersection with South Broadway; thence southerly along South Broadway Street to the intersection with Park Street; thence westerly along the center of Park Street to the intersection with South Eagle Street; thence northerly along South and North Eagle Streets to the intersection with Depot Street; thence easterly along the center of Depot Street to the intersection with North Broadway; thence northerly along North Broadway to the intersection with Woodlawn Avenue; thence easterly along the center of Woodlawn Avenue to the intersection with Forest Street and the place of beginning.
