1444.02 TIME LIMITS.

(a) A time limit of thirty days shall be allowed for the demolition of dwelling houses and structures accessory thereto, including the clearing of the site and the filling of any excavation.

(b) A time limit of sixty days shall be allowed for the demolition of commercial or industrial structures, including structures accessory thereto and also including the clearing of the site and the filling of any excavation.
