1440.05 PAYMENT OF FEES REQUIRED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF PERMITS OR DISTRIBUTION OF GRANT MONIES.

No permit or grant monies pertaining to a particular parcel of property will be issued or distributed to any person prior to the collection of all fees or other monies due and payable to the City on said parcel of property, unless otherwise prohibited by law. "Unless otherwise prohibited by law" does not include previously enacted ordinances, resolutions or regulations of the City.
