1440.04 SEWER OR SEPTIC TANK REQUIRED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT.

No building permit shall be issued for the construction of a building requiring sanitary facilities unless a sanitary sewer is available for such building or unless a permit for the installation of a septic tank for such building has been issued by the County Board of Health.
