1422.03 DEFINITIONS.

Wherever the term "building official" or the term "administrative authority" appears in the International One and Two Family Dwelling Code, as adopted in Section 1422.01, it shall be deemed to mean the Zoning Commissioner of the City or his or her duly authorized agent. Wherever the term "Municipality," "City" or "local jurisdiction" appears in such Code, it shall be deemed to mean the City.
