1420.03 DEFINITIONS.

Wherever the term "building official" or the term "administrative authority" appears in the BOCA National Building Code, as adopted in Section 1420.01, it shall be deemed to mean the Zoning Commissioner of the City, or his or her duly authorized agent, or the County Department of Building Inspection, if applicable under Chapter 1440. Wherever the term "Municipality," "City" or "local jurisdiction" appears in such Code, it shall be deemed to mean the City.
