The subdivider shall provide an adequate central sanitary sewage collection and disposal system to service every lot within the subdivision, either by installation of a new system or by connection to an existing system. The subdivider shall provide sufficient information for the Development Engineer to determine the adequacy of the system proposed to handle anticipated demand.
All sanitary sewer system improvements shall conform to the City of Geneva Subdivision Standards.
It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to obtain written approval for the extension or installation of the central sanitary sewer system from the City, the Ohio EPA and any private or public utility involved prior to the start of construction. Evidence of said approvals shall be presented at the preconstruction conference.
