An adequate water supply system shall be provided by the subdivider to service all lots, either by installation of a new system or by connection to an existing system deemed adequate by the Development Engineer to handle the property demand.
All water system improvements shall conform to the standards of the Ohio Water Service Company.
It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to obtain written approval for the extension or installation of the central water system from the Ohio EPA and from any private or public utility involved, prior to the start of construction, and to provide evidence of said approvals at the preconstruction conference.
