1248.01 STANDARDS; INSTALLATION OR SURETY REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT APPROVAL.

The improvements which are hereby required shall be designed, furnished and installed by the subdivider in accordance with the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations, the City of Geneva Subdivision Standards and other regulations of the State and City. Prior to final plat approval, the subdivider shall have installed all required improvements or furnished a surety to guarantee the installation of said improvements.
