(a) Prior to the submission of a preliminary plat, the subdivider shall submit a preliminary sketch plan to the City Manager and schedule a pre-application conference.
(b) Preliminary sketch plans may be conceptual in nature. Such plans should indicate the general approach to developing the site, including approaches to storm water management, utilities, service, access and traffic flow.
(c) The subdivider and his or her engineer shall attend the pre-application conference to discuss their plans and review City requirements and standards with the City Manager and the Development Engineer.
