1244.01 PURPOSE; COMPLIANCE.

The purpose of this chapter is to set forth the specific information to be provided by a subdivider in order to permit the adequate review, processing and approval of plats. Plat improvement plans and supporting data submitted to the City shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in this chapter.
