1066.01  DISCOVERY OF DECEASED; IDENTIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION
   (a)   Whenever the remains of a human body are discovered within the territorial limits of the City, the person discovering the body shall immediately notify the Police Department, who then shall notify immediately the County Coroner's Office, if not already so notified.
   (b)   Where the identity of the deceased is not immediately known, the Chief of Police shall direct that all reasonable efforts are undertaken to investigate and determine the identify of the deceased.
   (c)   When the identity of the deceased is determined, the Chief of Police shall direct that all reasonable efforts are undertaken to identify and notify the deceased's next of kin or significant other.
