(a) The schedule of fees for the issuance of certain reports and requested information and documents by the public are hereby approved as follows:
(1) To complete a fingerprint form: ten dollars ($10.00) for each form for nonresidents of the City only.
(2) To obtain a copy of Police and Fire Division reports: one dollar ($1.00) per page.
(3) To obtain a copy of public records or reports: twenty-five cents (25¢) per page.
(b) Copying that is requested for items not specifically mentioned herein shall be established in each individual case, at a reasonable charge, at the complete discretion of the City Manager.
(c) Any and all costs associated with mailing the documents shall be added to the fees established herein.
