1060.05 CLOSED CONTAINER REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL AND/OR INDUSTRIAL ACCOUNTS.

All commercial and/or industrial waste customers shall place their waste in a container enclosed on all sides and on the top. Any violation of this section shall be punished as set forth in Section 1060.99.
