(a) Residential Waste.
(1) Residential waste collection shall be accomplished once per week. The day set for waste collection is Wednesday.
(2) On each Wednesday, collection of residential waste shall not commence before 6:00 a.m. and shall be completed no later than 4:00 p.m.
(b) Commercial and/or Industrial Waste.
(1) Commercial and/or industrial waste may be collected any day of the week.
(2) Within areas of the City zoned residential, commercial and/or industrial, waste collection shall not commence before 6:00 a.m. and shall be completed no later than 4:00 p.m. Within areas of the City not zoned residential, commercial and/or industrial waste collection may commence at any hour.
(c) Any violation of this section shall be punished as set forth in Section 1060.99.
