EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 2690, passed by the voters of the City of Geneva on November 7, 2000, authorized the City to act as an aggregator (purchasing agent) and to enter into an agreement with an electric supplier on behalf of the residents of the City.
Resolution 2798, passed November 27, 20000, authorized the City to enter into an agreement establishing the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council.
Ordinance 2706, passed December 18, 2000, authorized the City to enter into the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council of Governments for the purpose of jointly establishing and implementing an electricity aggregation program.
