Rates for regular water service. An approved water meter shall measure all water received and there shall be no so-called flat rate service. Where metering is impractical due to special circumstances of a short-term nature, the volume of water delivered may be estimated.
(a) Customer fee. Each customer connected to the water system and able to receive water from the system shall pay a monthly customer fee according to the size of the meter as follows:

(b) Volumetric rates. Each customer receiving water from the water system shall pay the following monthly volumetric rates per 100 cubic feet of water (HCF):

(c) Bulk water withdrawal fee. (f) Reconnection fee. The fee for reconnecting water service that has been disconnected for non-payment of bills or for violation of this chapter or the rules and regulations of the water system as adopted by the Geneva City Council or Geneva City Manager shall be $42.50 during regular business hours and $145.94 during other hours.
