1028.03 APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.

No person shall construct new railway tracks in the City over or across S.R. 534 (North Broadway), North Eagle Street, Austin Road, Centennial Street, Sherman Street, S.R. 534 (South Broadway), South Eagle Street, Chestnut Street, West Street or any other street in the City, without first obtaining written approval therefor from the City Manager and the City Engineer.
