1022.02 AWNINGS, SIGNS, ETC.; DISTANCE FROM SIDEWALK.

No person shall erect, construct, place or maintain any awning, sign or other thing projecting or hanging over any sidewalk in the City at an elevation less than seven feet in clear above the established grade of such sidewalk.
