1020.06 OPENING NEWLY PAVED SURFACES; FEES.

New pavements shall be considered those pavements which have been newly constructed in part or in total, or newly resurfaced in part or in total. Permit fees for opening new pavements shall be as follows:

(a) Up to two years after new pavement completion: five times normal fee.

(b) Three to four years after new pavement completion: three times normal fee.
