884.06 INSPECTIONS; REVOCATION OF EXEMPTIONS; APPEALS FROM DECISIONS OF HOUSING OFFICER.

The Housing Officer and the Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council shall make annual inspections of properties for which an exemption has been granted. The Housing Officer may revoke a tax exemption if he or she finds that the property has not been properly maintained. Any person involved in this program may appeal to the Housing Council, which Council is hereby granted the authority to overrule the decisions of the Housing Officer.
