884.05 COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA HOUSING COUNCIL.

A Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council shall be appointed for Community Reinvestment Area No. 1. Such Council shall be composed of two members appointed by the President of Council, two members appointed by Council as a whole, and one member appointed by the City Planning Commission. These members shall then appoint two additional members who are residents of the Area.
