884.04 RE-EVALUATION OF COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREAS NO. 1. AND NO. 2.

Council hereby reserves the right to re-evaluate the designation of Community Reinvestment Area No. 1 and Community Reinvestment Area No. 2 after January 1, 1995, and annually thereafter, at which time Council may direct the Housing Officer not to accept any new applications for exemptions as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.67.
