856.07  LICENSE REVOCATION.
   Council, by a two-thirds vote of all members elected thereto, may direct the City Manager to revoke any license issued under this chapter for any of the following reasons:
   (a)   A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by the licensee;
   (b)   The conviction of a licensee of a felony;
   (c)   The conviction of a licensee of four or more misdemeanors, or the conviction of a licensee of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude; or
   (d)   Failure of a licensee to discharge any taxicab driver who has been declared by Council, by a vote of two-thirds of the members elected thereto, to be unfit to drive a taxicab. The licensee shall have ten days to discharge such a driver, after having been notified in writing by the City Manager of the aforesaid declaration of Council.
