826.03 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS REQUIRED.

All gas and/or oil wells shall at all times be in compliance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and the ordinances of the City, regarding such activities, and with the rules and regulations of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas.
